Hari Raya coming round the corner! first full week for this sem and everyday feels like exam day. Brain fried after hours of lectures. Just fell asleep after school everyday. $$ for yog work has came in! But after much calculation...there's really nothing much left after paying for everything :|

Friday went photoshoot with deardear! turned out quite sweet and fun! so excited to look at the beautiful pics we have taken.

Went to watch sleague football today...a bit crazy of me to bring gf to watch football. actually wanted to sing ktv but no time slot. thanks for accompanying me! love you so much!

Week 2 starts tml and i should keep reminding myself that its not vacation now. The last thing i think of now is tutorials!!! shit shit, i should stop now if not there's really a chance of getting a D.

Pon school again! took the time to pack field pack and stuff...dun feel lyk studying at all this week.

School Starts!!

This sem is so packed with knowledge! First day of sch already feeling tired. 4 hours of lecture is a torture...but the timetable shows that its going to be common this sem! Why is MAE so intensive???

Hall12 Housekeeping outing

Hall12 housekeeping force first outing today!! kbox plus wii gaming! too bad team 9 had to work today...if not we would have more people. tried to matchmake during ktv but they were both too shy, and peggy wasn't around to make it 2 couples so that it wont be so awkward. It was fun nevertheless with garen singing to classics like the grasshoppers.

Went to novena to meet peggy while garen went to his ultimate frisbee training. Means no chance to match up the two. Fish n CO for dinner! We were talking about whether to have pizza hut or zi char for our team farewell dinner...haha, cos we have people from different backgrounds in our team, got aunties, youngsters, ah bengs, undergraduates.......
Then went on the st games, introduced by the deardear's hss main comm. $12 for 2 hours of gameplay with one free drink and cake. Kinda steep but the rest are ok wif it. Played band hero first then the crazy rabbits game. Most of us r still newcomers in wii, except for rich kid theodore who was pro at it. Rabbits is still the best game to bond everyone...think its one of the rare time where people do stupid actions. haha!

Next outing gonna be after we collected our pay! Hope can get more ppl involved as all have finished work. Holidays gonna be over soon and its back to lectures, tutorials and quizzes!! Friendship at work don't always last long as people would be busy wif different stuff after the project...hope this time would be different since a number of us are from ntu.

YOV

Went to YOV with RSPID today. The cultural village is something like a cultural carnival. Clog painting first then tour ard the area. Anthony's friend was from Dominic Republic, who doesn't speak English but Spanish, so there's some problem interacting...but the clog did the talking and i tried to take pictures to occupy them while waiting for the clog to dry. Nice experience but half an hour was kinda short.

Tour ard and went to the Singapore and Taiwan booths. Singapore booth was boring...like history class. Hands-on calligraphy at taiwan booth!! Made one for myself and anthony...didn't know his exact chinese name and his ic not with him, so just anyhow pinyin for him. haha. Since i'm not physically in taiwan, i visited mini taiwan!! Shouldn't put up this photo...but nvm, since we looked okay in this pic.
There's an exhibition on olympics history and yog2010. Showcasing some of the torches used in various olympics, below is the one at athens 2004. Saw the complete set of medals! Think that the gold one is the nicest, the others looked like they are bought from the Singapore MINT with the merlions on it. Had a fun day today and i think the trainees did enjoyed it! Science centre this sat! :)
