Neglected this blog for quite some time. Decided to blog after reading yl's article. lol.
2012 had been a really slack year for me. With the first half slacking in REC and the second half in NTU without having to work extra hard. I sort of flow through last year without much memorable events. Lots happened with GF of course, but personally nothing much.
THIS year is a crucial year for me. Work and commitments will be presented in front of me this yr. No much time to slack ard really. Challenges ahead both financially, academically and career-wise. Looks like i need more luck than last yr to pull it through. No i dun mean not working hard and depend on luck, but the luck that complements with effort.
Its really sad that the last sem is coming and no more socializing with innocent characters. Colleagues always have an agenda in mind and its hard to find a true friend with so many guys in a firm. All would want to get promoted, buy a car and house, make lots of money, be successful. I dun know how much money is needed to live in Singapore. I would prefer to be useful at work, having the motivation to complete the task. From many friends experience, this doesn't seem to be easy to achieve. That's why i need some luck to find me the right job.
Short term plan for the first half of the year is simple: Get above GPA 4, get employed and some luck in the BTO exercise!
