October Celebrations were great!! Ate quite a few cakes this month. All plans worked out smoothly...perhaps except for my own study plans! :x

Tutee failed her promos, tried to persuade her to go poly but seems like she's going to remain status quo. Which brings me to something on my mind. People do not like changes, they prefer to remain in their comfort zone since they have been in it for quite some time and probably has started to get used to it. Maybe this is what our stable Singapore has contributed to it? Our life from young to university is almost expected...aces exams, holidays, prepare for next exams again. An element of uncertainty is missing in our life. For example how exciting it would be if Singapore gets flooded like bangkok and we have some disruptions to our life! I think people would think im crazy but im sure we would have an enriching experience of being tgt with our family, trying to escape from the waters. We would have been more adaptable to changes in our life then! Additionally, we could learn to be happy more without the need of achieving something to be happy!

Recess week!

Recess week was kind of gone in a wink. Tried making cupcakes with dear dear on Friday before going to annual dinner. The cupcakes was decent, only a bit too sweet! We should make more flavours like raisin, bananas and chocolate next time! Suddenly i felt im not so bad at baking! haha. Then it was annual dinner, food sux, games sux. The mc kept talking about appreciating volunteers which kinds of pisses me off. Its more like 160 volunteers forced to pay $10 for appreciation and u telling us this shit? its like taking credit for stuff u didn't do. I will never be there if there's no minimum number of tables la.
both orientation was ok. Youth did it for the first time and i must say it was quite successful. few freshies missed it but those who came enjoyed themselves. The games are fresh and the loose schedule, gambling and BBQ made the camp relaxing and interactive. Luckily we decided to stop the confidence challenge halfway when gust of wind blew, it rained like 10 minutes later. Thankfully, we were in chalet by that time.

On the other hand, RSPID orientation was rush and full of games. Seldom got time to play cards, and we spent some time on travelling. It was OVERNIGHT cycling, i personally felt damn shag. The freshies had fright nite before, should be worse for them. The freshies among them was well bonded because of that but support from the seniors was cui ttm. Wonders how v camp would work out but i might be not ard myself at that time.

Toro got a buddy over the weekend! Its called DA TOU!! cos its head is bigger than loser's already big big head! But i still dunno its a gerger or boiboi...but it like deardear! short hand short legs!
